Flexibility and connectivity were the guiding principles behind the design of all Catalyst Inc Real Estate

We manage an impressive estate across four campuses, in Belfast, Derry~Londonderry, Ballymena and Letterkenny. Our buildings vary from the historic to brand new, but all come with the powerful facilities that a modern business needs.

THE INNOVATION CENTRE, BELFAST

The central hub of the Catalyst Inc community at our campus in Belfast. The Innovation Centre caters for individuals with virtual tenancies, one-person businesses, startups, and larger companies requiring an entire office. With the main canteen, lounge and meeting rooms on-site, the Innovation Centre is designed to promote collaboration and networking for the entire campus.

CONCOURSE I

Agile, serviced workspace solutions starting from a dedicated individual desk facility, all the way to entire floors for larger companies. On-site services include: catering facilities, bookable meeting rooms and conferencing facilities, free car-parking, and a shuttle bus to the city centre.

CONCOURSE II

Agile, serviced workspace solutions starting from a dedicated individual desk facility, all the way to entire floors for larger companies. On-site services include: catering facilities, bookable meeting rooms and conferencing facilities, free car-parking, and a shuttle bus to the city centre. Concourse II is the latest building to be added to our Belfast campus, following over a decade of continuous high demand for workspace. It is soon to be followed by a third Concourse next door.

THE LEGACY BUILDING

Agile, serviced workspace solutions starting from a dedicated individual desk facility, all the way to entire floors for larger companies. On-site services include: catering facilities, bookable meeting rooms and conferencing facilities, free car-parking, and a shuttle bus to the city centre.

WHITE STAR HOUSE

White Star House is occupied entirely by the global corporation Citi. The building was one of the first to be built at our Belfast campus and was snapped-up quickly by its current tenants. The building is a landmark, with three prominent "bows" on its front façade, equal in height to the three infamous ships built a few metres away by the White Star Line: Olympic, Britannic and, of course, Titanic.

ECIT

The successful Science Park model was designed to integrate the three arms of the knowledge economy: industry, academia and government. As part of Catalyst Inc’s ongoing relationship with Northern Ireland's research institutions, the ECIT building provides a state-of-the-art home for two of Queen's University's world-leading research bodies: ECIT, the Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology; and CSIT, the Centre for Secure Information Technologies - The UK's Innovation & Knowledge Centre for cyber security research.

TITANIC’S DOCK & PUMP-HOUSE

Catalyst Inc’s campus in Belfast covers a large area of what the engineering community almost consider to be holy ground. Here is situated the dry dock in which Titanic was fitted-out before starting her disastrous maiden voyage, and beside the dock is the pump-house that managed the flow of water in and out. This historical site is stewarded by Catalyst Inc, providing not only a fascinating tourist destination but also an iconic venue for business events, meetings, and a café that is open daily.

THE INNOVATION CENTRE, DERRY~LONDONDERRY

A landmark building on the banks of the River Foyle, at the historical Fort George site near the city centre in Derry. Opened in August 2014, the design of the Innovation Centre builds on the success of our Belfast campus. Agile workspace solutions support individuals, as well as small and large companies, providing cutting-edge facilities for modern business. The Innovation Centre includes a canteen, bookable meeting and event spaces, on-site data services, as well as other flexible facilities.
